Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
Requirements :
- Proven experience in a customer support or call center role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, email, and basic computer operations
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required
Preferred Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Prior experience in BPO, e-commerce, or tech support is a plus.
Salary – $5 / hour + incentives
