Customer Support Agent

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

      Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support

      Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a customer support or call center role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, email, and basic computer operations
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required

      Preferred Qualifications :

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Prior experience in BPO, e-commerce, or tech support is a plus.

Salary – $5 / hour + incentives
